She is just wonderful. I was bedridden 3 times due to different reasons but it is only because of Deepti's proper treatments of physiotherapy I could revive quickly, easily and perfectly and can walk easily now. She is perfect in her work. Dr. Deepti is a very dedicated person towards her profession with complete care for her patients. She is very loving, friendly and a gem of a person. I would highly recommend her for all physiotherapy needs.
Excellent physiotherapy centre. Dr. Deepti is very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. The treatment was very effective and I felt relief in a short time. The clinic is clean and the staff is polite and supportive. Highly recommended for physiotherapy and pain relief.
Thankful to Deepti Mam and team to treat my frozen shoulder issue. Great place to get therapy done for your concern area, I would recommend everyone to visit Aarna Physiotherapy Centre to get healed fast. Again thanks to the whole team for their support and helping me.
Very good experience when I visited for my sciatica nerve issues. My pain vanished within one week. Staff is very cooperative and Deepti Madam takes personal care of all the patients. I highly recommend it for everyone who is looking for physiotherapy for their problems.
I had been suffering from cervical pain, and after taking physiotherapy sessions at Aarna Physiotherapy Centre, I experienced significant relief. I now feel much better and can comfortably recommend their treatment.
This was the best experience. When I went for my back pain I was not even able to stand, but even after the first session I felt my pain gone almost permanently. I highly recommend this to all.

Physiotherapy is a clinical treatment that restores movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It uses hands-on techniques, prescribed exercise and supporting equipment to reduce pain and rebuild strength — without medication or surgery.
It depends entirely on your condition. A simple muscle strain may resolve in four to six sessions, while post-surgical or neurological rehabilitation can run for several months. After your first assessment you will be given a realistic estimate rather than an open-ended commitment.
No. You can book directly with us. If your assessment suggests the problem needs medical imaging or a specialist opinion, we will tell you clearly and help you arrange it.
Treatment should not be sharply painful. Some techniques cause temporary discomfort, and stiff joints can ache for a day afterwards, but we work within limits you set. Tell your physiotherapist at any point and the technique will be adjusted.
The needles used are extremely fine — far thinner than an injection needle — and most people barely feel them going in. When the needle reaches a trigger point you may feel a brief twitch or deep ache that passes within seconds. Mild soreness for a day afterwards is normal. Every needle is sterile and single-use.
Dry cupping uses suction alone to lift and decompress the tissue, leaving temporary circular marks that fade over several days. Wet cupping additionally involves very small superficial incisions before the cup is applied, performed under sterile technique. Which is appropriate for you is decided after assessment.
Book an assessment and find out exactly what is causing your problem — and how long it will realistically take to fix.
